“Bean Extreme” brand is a proudly South African brand that was cultivated years ago by a man with a passion for adventure and the outdoors. Not only is Edward Hill currently on a hit KykNet series called “Plaasjapie”, but has a reputation as South Africa’s very own Bear Grills. 

Besides being famous for Plaasjapie and his “Wildsdraad” team, he has broken not one, but two world records. 

Edward was the first person in the world to row the Oranje Rivier from Lesotho all the way to Namibia, with an inflatable kayak. That’s more than 2200 kilometers of hard work and dedication. Although he got lost along the way and almost drowned, he persisted and prevailed and now holds the world record. 

His adventure seeking doesn’t stop there. Edward also holds the record for the person who Ziplined the most on the world’s longest Zipline over the ocean.
